This is real world education, based on experiential learning. The best way to learn about wine, is to taste wine. This is not stuffy Sommelier training, this is just a lot of fun and a way to get to know your own palette and what you like. Historical context, fun factoid's, and travel stories, all part of the experience.
A great way to spend a Spring afternoon. A fun couples activity. A group endeavor? We build cohorts, so you are within a group of like-minded and interested folks.
For Wine School Registration - please be sure all contact information is complete and accurate. For the 1st class please arrive 10 minutes prior to verify enrollment and receive materials.
Classes are offered Saturday afternoon, 1:30pm - 3:00pm beginning March 7, 2015. The course runs 8 weeks spanning March & April (a great way to beat the winter doldrums)
We explore wine geographically, and will be tasting 4-5 wines per class, many with canapés to enhance and discuss pairing.
These classes are hosted in the Moon Room at Foreign Legion (pictured), our Minneapolis location at 505 Marquette Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55402. Affordable ramp parking attached by skyway on both sides of the building, $4-$6 on weekends.
