Meritage World Tour - Weekdays This Winter

Join us for a six week exploration of some of the world’s great cuisines, inspired from regions all over the world. Beginning January 24th, each week from Tuesday through Thursday, a prix-fixe menu from a different country will be offered in addition to the regular menu.

Inspired by the travels of chef and owners Russell and Desta Klein, the World Tour is an opportunity for our kitchen to stretch itself while bringing the same level of attention to detail and care to the food, and provide a unique and fun opportunity for guests to take a world tour without ever leaving home. The tour pushes all to expand our perspectives, and set new sights.

Our bar and wine program will contribute exciting beverage pairings both traditional and inspired by the region's cuisine.

Prices for the menus will range from $30-$50 per person. (Participation by the entire table is not necessary.)

India (January 31- February 2):
Pakora with Pappadom served with Tamarind-date sauce & cilantro-mint chutney
Palak Paneer, Aloo Gobi, Tarka Dal served with raita and naan
Gulab jamun served with lass

China (February 7-9):
Shrimp & Pork Dumplings with XO Sauce
Peking Duck with steamed buns, fermented black bean bok-choy, cucumber
Roast Pork Fried Rice

Italy (Rome) (February 21-23):
Puntarelle Salad

Carciofo alla Giudia
Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe
Zabaglione

Greece (February 28-March 2):
Avgolemono

Braised Octopus with grilled bread
